Contractors, Equipment Vehicles, and Trucks must enter and exit through the Contractor Gate at the Dry Creek Rd entrance to DeCordova Ranch.
Trash Pickup is on Wednesday. Please have the trash cans out by 7:00 am and in by 6:00 pm.
Bulk Trash Day is the 2nd Wednesday of the month. To Schedule a Bulk Trash pickup, email

A minimum 48-hour advanced notice is needed to schedule a Bulk Trash pickup.
The trash will not be picked up if a Bluk Trash pickup is not expected for a given address.
Waste Connections will only pick up trash in the Waste Connection Cart. Anything outside
of the cart will not be picked up.
If an additional cart is needed, contact Property Management Group, include your Name,
Address and Phone Number.
The cost of an additional cart is $ 7.45 per month, which includes taxes and fees.

Your HOA assessments are billed quarterly: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1st for $350.
